Return Policy*

At Ion Audio Visual, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you want to return your purchase, you can return it to Ion Audio Visual within 3 days of purchase date.

Returned product(s) must be unopened and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to limit returns to unopened products only.

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased .

* The Return Policy is applicable only on items that are stocked by Ion Audio Visual. Special order products are not part of the Return Policy

Warranty Policy

The service policies and warranty statements on this page are relevant for all products sold by Ion Audio Visual. Please note that certain items might be subject to different warranty and service conditions.

Period

Ion Audio Visual shall provide warranty as per the manufacturer’s warranty of the product

Coverage

Not covered by warranty are accessories, batteries and other consumables. Most manufacturer's warranties are limited to physical defects in the materials, parts and workmanship used in making the product. Abnormal conditions, deliberate abuse and damage due to accidents, operator's error, or unauthorized service attempts are excluded from any warranty claims.

Claim Procedure

The following information shall be needed to properly file a warranty claim:

Please note that the RMA number is clearly mentioned with the delivery address and the copy of the original invoice should be in the parcel

Please use standard courier to ship the defective unit and get back the replaced one.

We will not accept RMA units which are not packed in an appropriate manner required for transporting electronic components.

The unit shall be checked by Ion Audio Visual before filing for a claim with the manufacturer.


If the described problem is not detected the product shall be returned to the customer as is and a charge of USD 20 shall be levied if the claim is refilled.

Handling Fees


Due to the greatly increased costs associated with the handling of warranty transactions, such as freight, disposal and administrative requirements, we find it necessary to impose a maximum handling fee of USD 135. The cost would vary from product to product.
