JAM ROOM

Paneled with our signature colours, the Ion Studios Jamming & Recording Room measures 24 by 18 feet and has a towering height of 13 feet. This space is acoustically treated to provide the most accurate true-to-life sound for our artists. It hosts a Mapex Armory drum set, a Behringer B108D speaker system, multiple Marshall cabinets and amps, in addition to a 24 Input mixer and 32 channel patch system that allows for 32 simultaneous recordings and seamless interconnectivity into our control room.

CONTROL ROOM

Our Control Room hosts a complete Avid Pro Tools setup that includes an HD Omni , a SYNC HD and 3 sound cards. 4 Focusrite ISA 828 Mk2 pre-amps allow 32 simultaneous recordings and a Furman Power Conditioner ensures minimal noise. A Blue-Sky Bass Management System and an SPL Monitor Talkback Controller add to this setup. An ergonomic studio desk setup with Dual Screens, Genelec 8340A Studio Monitors and walls lined with diffusers and absorbers in exactly the right places ensures that your production experience is top-notch.

VOCAL BOOTH

Designed to be completely free from reverb and outside noise, our vocal booth’s thick, soundproof walls effectively absorb and block unwanted noise, ensuring your recordings are free from distracting background interference. The interior is meticulously designed with acoustic absorption panels to eliminate echo and reverberation, resulting in crisp, clear, and well-balanced audio.

EDIT SUITE

Use this Mac Pro setup for all audio and video editing needs. Since it is patched to the all the other spaces, the edit suite can also double as a secondary recording space or control room.
