At Ion, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and warranty terms carefully before making a purchase.

2-Day Checking Warranty

All products sold by Ion come with a 2-day checking warranty starting from the date of delivery. During this period, if you discover any issue with your item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

After this 2-day window, all warranty claims must be taken up directly with the manufacturer.

Ion is not responsible for claiming or providing warranty services beyond the initial 2-day period.

Return Policy

If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 2 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
• We reserve the right to limit returns to unopened items only.
• You may choose to:
  • Exchange the item, or
  • Receive a credit note for the full amount of the returned product.
• Ion shall not pay any charges for returning the item from the customer to our warehouse.
• Delivery charges for returns or replacements shall be borne by the customer.

Returns requested after 2 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 10% to 20% of the value of the goods.

Note: The return policy only applies to items stocked by Ion.
Special order products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
