Rode M5 Compact 1/2″ Condenser Microphone -Matched Pair

The Rode M5 Compact Condenser Microphone Matched Pair  from Rode are a matched pair of condenser microphones that have a variation of no more than 1 dB of sensitivity between them.

The M5 itself is a pencil-style microphone that features a 1/2″ diameter gold-plated membrane capsule with a cardioid polar pattern.

The microphones have transformerless circuitry for low noise operation and can be used in typical live and studio applications for small diaphragm condenser microphones, including on acoustic instruments, choirs, as drum overheads, and more.

The M5s are finished with Rode’s proprietary ceramic coating and each includes a WS5 windshield and Rode M5 Compact 1 2 Condenser Microphone Pair clip.

Designed and made in Australia, the M5 is a compact ½” cardioid condenser microphone with low noise and a full frequency response.
